Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, items must be:

Free from marks, damage, odours, or signs of wear
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:

How to Return an Item
To request a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
Once your return request has been approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 working days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will work quickly to resolve the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different size, colour, or style, please return the original item and place a new order.
Cancellation Rights
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled and must be returned in accordance with our returns policy.
